The Spanish Programme at the University of Hong Kong started in the year 1993 with an introductory course on Spanish language and it went from strength to strength until it became a fully-fledged Major Programme in the year 2007-2008. Over the last eighteen years, thousands of students have enrolled in Spanish courses at HKU and have made the Spanish programme a popular choice amongst undergraduates at the university. The Major Programme became a reality thanks to student demand and it is under constant development to cater to students’ needs. This section aims at providing relevant information for students on prizes, scholarships, jobs, internships as well as presenting the testimonials of students who have studied Spanish at HKU and how it has impacted in their lives and jobs. |
